FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of determining margin of fatigue strength of rope, supporting construction structure, as well as to device for determination of fatigue strength margin of such rope. Method of determining margin of fatigue strength of rope, supporting construction structure includes measurements step (S1, S2), during which synchronously tensile force is measured on rope and bending force on rope in order to obtain combined force on rope, calculating stage (S3), during which based on measured combined forces number of cycles force depending on amplitude of force is calculated, evaluation of rope fatigue strength balance step (S4), during which fatigue strength balance is determined by comparing results of calculation produced at stage of calculation with Veler curve is built for rope in advance.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of monitoring of change of initial stock fatigue strength of rope, supporting structure during operation of said structure.
