FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements for diagnostic purposes. Sensor unit for diagnostic measurements, arranged at body surface, includes base, having a recess in which is mounted a piezoelectric element of pressure sensor. Unit also includes a flexible membrane installed on base and overlapping said recess. To membrane from outer side first and second electrodes are attached. First electrode is placed opposite recess to move together with membrane. Around first electrode there is a second fixed electrode. Between first electrode and piezoelectric element there is a central support. First and second electrodes are installed with possibility of contact with skin body surface, wherein first and second electrodes are connected electric outputs of sensor for measuring impedance. Higher stability of sensors with increase in their sensitivity.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions of sensor unit.
