FIELD: chemistry; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical and metallurgical industry. First, initial nanotubes or nano fibres are treated with acid at 20-100 °C, washed and dried. Dried nanotubes or nano fibres are impregnated with aqueous solution of salt and evaporated at 90-100 °C to produce composite “carbon nanotube or nano fibre-salt of corresponding metal”. Obtained composite is heated in inert medium to 550-650 °C and restored at this temperature in current of methane or methane-hydrogen mixture. Obtained carbon nano structures, modified with nano particles with size of not more than 100 nm attached to surface of metal are used in alloy for composite materials based on aluminium or its alloy. Said alloy contains, wt %: aluminium or aluminium alloy - 80-99.85; modified carbon nanotubes or nano fibres - 0.1-10; metal from: silver, or iron, or copper, or nickel or cobalt or zinc or ruthenium or rhodium or palladium, or gold, or platinum, or magnesium or tin - 0.05-10. To obtain alloys modified nano fibres or nanotubes are mixed with powder of one or more of the above metals, mechanically activated produced mixture and mixed with molten aluminium or its alloy, placed between two CFF and successively passing melted aluminium through first filter, mechanically activated mixture and second filter.
EFFECT: method is simple and does not require use of special conditions and devices.
