SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing microgreens, according to which microgreen seeds are soaked in solution of 1-germatranol preparation with concentration of 0.001% for 2 hours, sowing seeds on a pre-wetted jute substrate for germination and subsequent irradiation of germinated seeds with continuous combined irradiation with ultraviolet light, far red and photosynthetically active radiation at radiation intensity 148.0 mcmol/m2⋅s, wherein photosynthetic part of spectrum is 134.1 mcmol/m2⋅s. Temperature during the radiation period in daytime is 24-26 °C, and at night 18-20 °C, with a daylight length of 16 hours, and air humidity of 70-75%.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain microgreens with high nutritive and biological value.
