FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx, containing: 1) copper (Cu) and 2) carrier, which is molecular sieve having at least one phase of sprouting, containing at least SNA and AEI frame structures, in which copper is in pores of molecular sieve and/or on external surface of molecular sieve.

EFFECT: invention also relates to device for recovery of NOx in exhaust or furnace gas, containing: (a) catalyst which contains (i) copper (Cu) and (ii) carrier, which is molecular sieve having at least one phase of sprouting, containing at least SNA and AEI frame structures, in which copper is in pores of molecular sieve and/or on external surface of molecular sieve; and (b) substrate, at which catalyst is applied, wherein said substrate is adapted for use as flow monolith for selective catalytic reduction (SCR), solid particle filter (sooty filter) for selective catalytic reduction (SCRF) and/or NOx-trap during operation in depleted fuel-air mixture mode.
