FIELD: selective catalytic reduction catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst containing a zeolite framework material of silicon and aluminum atoms having a structure type selected from AEI, CHA and AFX, in which part of the silicon atoms is isomorphically substituted with a tetravalent metal and the catalyst is promoted with Cu. The invention also relates to a method for the selective reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and an exhaust gas purification system.
EFFECT: invention improves NOх conversion efficiency and reduces N2O production during the SCR reaction.
