SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in systems for estimating location of objects. System for estimating an indoor location using a satellite signal generation device, including: a receiving antenna for receiving satellite signals; a central controller for calculating and updating real-time satellite information of all existing satellites, obtaining satellite time from satellite signals received from receiving antenna, and synchronisation, as well as selecting at least 4 satellites from all existing satellites for location estimation based on information on satellite time; and at least one satellite signal generation device receiving satellite numbers allocated by central controller, and generating satellite signals corresponding to allocated satellite numbers.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a user of a receiving terminal of satellite signal, for example a cellular telephone or navigator, services for determining location without changing hardware or software even in zones inaccessible for satellite signals, for example, inside a building, in underground shopping centre, in a tunnel or metro.
