FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is layered drug delivery device including outer and inner sides and comprising following layers arranged in direction from outer side to inner side of first and second layers. First layer is water-insoluble, water-swelling and water-permeable in swollen state. Second layer includes therapeutic amount of water-soluble medicinal agent and water-soluble mucoadhesive film. Second layer is placed so that water passing through first layer is solubilising drug. Solubilised drug can penetrate through membrane of mucous membrane, when inner side is in contact with membrane of mucous membrane.
EFFECT: device is form of sheet provides delivery of unstable and/or low-soluble active ingredients through membrane of mucous membrane.
