SUBSTANCE: method is realized by osteotomy of bone; separation of bone fragments by external fixation apparatus; formation of duplication from full thickness stemmed skin flap in region of end of displaced anatomic component and displacement into duplication of distal osteotomated fragment with subsequent reinforcement of bony fragments with cortical-spongy allotransplant.
