FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions for producing prepregs and articles from composite material. Disclosed is a polymer composition containing an epoxy resin with viscosity of 100-10,000 Pa·s protected isocyanate, polybutadiene with terminal hydroxyl groups, containing hydroxyl groups in amount of 0.65-0.95 meq/g, wherein ratio of equivalent amount of isocyanate groups to equivalent amount of OH-groups of polymer ranges 0.60-1.1, and a latent cross-linking agent selected from dicyanamide and diaminophenyl sulphone. Also disclosed is a prepreg containing said composition and method for production thereof, as well as composite article made therefrom.
EFFECT: technical result is composition is used in producing prepregs and articles from composite material using dry winding due to improved stability, higher glass transition temperature, as well as a set of rheological parameters which can be chemically controlled to meet requirements of process of impregnation/dry winding.
