SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispersions of conducting nanofillers in polymer matrices, composites obtained from said dispersions and methods for production thereof. Method for preparing composition involves mixing or dispersion of first composition, containing one or more conductive nanofiller and one or more polyacrylic ether sulfone thermoplastic polymers (A), with or in one or more precursors (P) of uncured thermosetting resin and optionally one or more curative agents for said resin. Composite containing said composition and reinforcing fibers is also described, wherein said fibers are present in concentration from 5 to 70 wt%.

EFFECT: obtained composite materials and structures have improved electrical and electromagnetic characteristics.
