ANTENNA SYSTEM OF EQUIPMENT FOR SEARCH OF INJURED PEOPLE UNDER RUBBLE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H01Q21/28 E21F11/10

Abstract RU 2594339 C1

FIELD: antennas.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and to ensuring safety of works in mining industry. Invention can be used for more accurate determination of location of working personnel under rubble in mines. Invention is based on the task of improving the accuracy of measuring two or three orthogonal components of alternating magnetic field intensity at the reception point and simplification of design of the antenna system of equipment for search of injured people under rubble. This task is solved by creating a new design of the antenna system of equipment for search of injured people under rubble. Antenna system can have three types of structure. First structure consists of a composite cross-shaped ferromagnetic core and wound on it two coils divided into equal segments, herewith the coils segments are wound and connected in-phase. Cross-shaped core consists of a cube and four cylindrical rods tightly adjoining the mutually opposite four faces of the cube. Segments of one coil are wound on opposite cores. In the coils there are voltages Ux, Uy, which are absolutely adequate to values of the magnetic field intensity Hx, Hy at the reception point. Second structure of the antenna system has a third coil wound on a frame, inside which there is a cross-shaped ferromagnetic core and wound on it two coils. Third type of the structure has three coils divided into two segments each. Herewith each segment is wound onto a ferromagnetic cylindrical core adjacent to the faces of the cube, and all three pairs of the cores are mutually perpendicular to form a symmetrical structure. Herewith two additional cylindrical rods adjoin the remaining two faces of the cube. In the three coils as per the second and the third types of the structure there are voltages Ux, Uy, Uz, which are absolutely adequate to the alternating magnetic field intensity values Hx, Hy, Hz at the reception point. Owing to symmetrical and mutually perpendicular arrangement of the cores and the coils, as well as to that the coils and the cores are identical, at the reception point there is a symmetrical distortion of the alternating magnetic field intensity, herewith the coils affecting each other is excluded. Economic effect from using the proposed invention is dealt with the possibility of more accurate determination of coordinates of the searched object (alternating magnetic field source).

EFFECT: also simplified design, relatively small dimensions and weight of the structure allow using the declared antenna system in conditions of operative measures to search for injured people under rubble in mines.
