SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for repair of subcutaneous rupture of the distal tendon of biceps muscle of arm. Through an incision along the medial surface of the upper one-third of the shin semitendinous ligaments and ligaments of gracilis are harvested. Ligaments are folded four times and pierced to form a single autograft. Proximal portion of the autograft is immersed and sutured into the distal end of the ligament of biceps muscle of arm. Distal portion of the autograft is sutured with Krakov tendinous suture, leaving four free ends of the thread, which are fit pairwise into the eye of a wire with the diameter of 1.5 mm; wire is used form two channels in the tuberositas radii. Thread moved to the rear surface of radial tuberosity are intraperiosteally tied two nodes.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce the risk of graft rejection, reduce the risk of pathological fractures of radius.
