FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for takeaway of sheet material from a roll. Takeaway system includes a takeaway device and a hollow cylindrical core. Core is made to support a roll of sheet material. Takeaway device comprises a body, a rotating shaft, a drive assembly and an energy storage system. Rotating shaft is made with a possibility of penetration into a roll. Drive assembly is connected, with a possibility of rotation, to the said rotating shaft. Shaft contains an engagement device with a possibility to lock rotation of the shaft with a roll. Triggered from the outside shaft rotation provides for accumulation of energy in the energy storage system by means of the drive assembly. Drive assembly is made with a possibility to get power from the energy storage system for temporary rotation of the rotating shaft. Engagement device comprises at least one ledge and/or at least one recess on the circumferential outer surface of the shaft.

EFFECT: there is ensured a fast and simple replacement of rolls and a possibility to lock rotation of the roll with a rotating shaft.
