FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for processing sheet materials, in particular, for conversion of cardboard into packaging billets to be assembled in boxes. Device includes a conversion unit configured able to perform one or more transverse and one or more longitudinal convert functions with one or more longitudinal heads having one or more tools, herewith at least one of the heads is made with the possibility of selective changing the position along the width of the said unit, a transverse head made with the possibility of selective movement relative to the sheet material and along at least a section of the width of the conversion unit, one or more tools, one or more electric drives and a printed-circuit board of pulse-width modulation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at higher efficiency of storing a finished package of a required size and lower cost of its production and transportation.
