FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for catching small rodents. Trap contains a base. Base has L-shaped element installed and articulated spring-loaded frame and trigger. Upper flange of L-shaped element is directed towards opposite side of trigger attachment zone. In operating condition all parts, except for springs are arranged approximately symmetrically about vertical plane of symmetry of base, directed along length of base. In operating condition end of L-shaped element flange and end of trigger are arranged approximately on one vertical line. Ends of trigger and L-shaped element are sharped. Lower border of L-shaped element flange and upper border of trigger end part in working position are approximately parallel to base. Trigger is hinged to shaped part. Shaped part is hinged on base. Rotation axis of shaped part is parallel to axis of rotation of spring-loaded frame. In working position trigger axis of rotation is raised above axis of rotation of shaped part. These axes of rotation are arranged so that they are located approximately in one vertical plane. In working position, trigger end part is bent bottom-up and envelopes shaped part. When on trigger sharped ends and L-shaped element upper flange bait is placed, crosspiece of spring-loaded frame is adjacent to shaped part about spring-loaded frame at trigger action area. Trigger within action area of frame has section directed at acute angle to base. Reduced load on bait.
EFFECT: simplified use of trap.
