FIELD: measuring equipment; optics.

SUBSTANCE: sensor for range finder has a sensitive element and optical screening device. Sensitive element has first detection part for detecting measurement radiation and second detection for detection of reference radiation. Optical screening device is a partition wall adjacent to surface of sensitive element, and optically separates one from another of its first and second detecting part.

EFFECT: efficient optical separation of optical paths arranged near each other.
