SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for ostomy application. Device for ostomy application comprises: adhesive plate (100), creating a hole for the user stoma arrangement, adhesive plate with support layer and directed to the skin adhesive layer; and intake bag (116), which during the operation is attached to the adhesive plate; the adhesive plate in the first adhesive zone possesses the first set of properties, while the one in the second adhesive zone (104) has the second set of properties, herewith the first zone forms two or more radially passing zones, where the second zone makes one or several connection parts (110), each of which connects at least two of radially passing zones (108).
EFFECT: using the invention provides easy removal of a plate.
