FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: screw-type reactor for conducting heterogeneous processes between loose and gaseous reagents consists of cylindrical housing (1), screw (7) and longitudinal partitions (8) installed between all screw turns, besides, on one complete turn of screw at least two partitions are installed. One side of partition is installed along radius of cylindrical housing or at angle to such radius, while other side of partition is installed parallel to housing axis or at angle to this axis. Longitudinal partitions can be made in form of ladle.

EFFECT: screw reactor intensifies process of reaction between loose product and gas phase due to their active interaction, at that, dimensions of reactor and screw rotation rate are reduced.
