SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical traction systems of vehicles powered by own power supply sources. Vehicle control system comprises accumulator battery, battery heater and auxiliary air conditioning system, communication unit and control unit. Storage battery can be charged from external power source. Heater and air conditioning system can operate from electricity supplied from external source or accumulator. Communication unit is configured to transmit information on vehicle. Control unit is configured to instruct communication unit to transmit information to vehicle user when heater or air conditioning system operation is started using electricity accumulator, when external power source is unavailable. At that, communication unit transmits information on reduction of remaining battery charge level to notify that battery charge decreases.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to prevent reduction of remaining battery charge level in vehicle.
