FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry and can be used for control over engine warming up of the vehicle equipped with storage battery charged from external power supply. Proposed device comprises storage battery 6 to feed electric power to motor that drives the vehicle and can be charged by current fed from outside and heater 7 generating heat by said current. Besides, proposed device comprises heat receiver 2 to receive heat of storage battery 6 and current distribution control unit 4 to up heater supply current (Ihe) as temperature of storage battery 6 decreases. It can use the power from external power supply for charging and warm-up.
