FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to metallurgy and can be used, for example, in a Vanukov furnace. System is additionally equipped with a regulator to correct the ratio of charge/oxygen-air mixture depending on the temperature in the exhaust-heat boiler, a heat-recovery boiler temperature sensor installed on the boundary between the evaporation and convection zones of the heat-recovery boiler, a temperature control in the heat-recovery boiler depending on the flow of cooling water into the uptake of the furnace in front of the heat-recovery boiler, a device for measuring the temperature of the heat-recovery boiler with a preset temperature indicator, a temperature sensor switch, wherein the temperature sensor is connected to correcting temperature regulator, the correcting regulator temperature is connected to the regulator of the ratio of charge/oxygen-air mixture, the temperature sensor switch is connected to the correcting regulator of the ratio of charge/oxygen-air mixture, the regulator of the temperature in the heat-recovery boiler depending on the flow of cooling water into the uptake of the furnace in front of the heat-recovery boiler and the device to measure the temperature in the heat-recovery boiler with a preset temperature indicator.
EFFECT: use of the invention ensures stable processes of charge melting, increases the resistance and heat efficiency of the system operation.
