FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for processing and processing natural organic caustobiolites, such as peat, cellulose, lignin, oil shale, and can be used in chemical and petrochemical industry, agriculture and heat power engineering. Universal microwave complex for processing caustobiolites contains a heat-insulated working chamber connected to a magnetron with a controlled power source by a radiation transmission line, which is waveguides with a valve on a ferrite circulator with two coaxial power control outputs, adjustment system, waveguide junction and barrier vacuum window from tempered radiotransparent glass. Heat-insulated working chamber and the radiation transmission line are connected to the foreline pump through an evacuation port. Adjustment system is a three-pin waveguide matching device, which is made in the form of a waveguide with movable pins introduced into a wide wall, the pins are driven by adjusted screws rotated by stepper motors connected to the control board, and on the section of the radiation transmission line after the barrier vacuum window there is a radiation polarization rotator.

EFFECT: possibility of long, uninterrupted processing of various natural caustobiolites with variable absorption coefficient.
