FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and device for measuring temperature conditions inside the reforming plant in real time. Disclosed is a method of monitoring temperature of the tube of reforming plant in the reactor of reforming plant, according to which measurement of the length of said tube is taken place, said temperature is calculated using the measured length. Note here that said tube length is measured independently by means of displacement sensor.
EFFECT: optimization of control of production process, as well as more accurate prediction of damages during creep and fatigue life.
