SUBSTANCE: millimeter wave three-dimensional holoscan imaging device, ensuring implementation of object checking, millimeter wave receiving and dispatching module which comprises antenna array, guiding track device to which receiving and dispatching module is connected. Millimeter wave receiving and dispatching module carries out plane scanning. Millimeter wave three-dimensional holoscan imaging device is made with possibility of three-dimensional scanning. Scanning direction can vary by changing the orientation of guiding track device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in system structure design simplification and making object scanning with millimeter waves quicker.
