Method involves sampling examined material. Seeding of analysed material on selective nutrient medium, followed by extraction and identification of pure cultures C. albicans. In extracted pure cultures C. albicans determining anti-immunoglobulin activity on secretory immunoglobulin a (AIgsA). To normal vaginal microflora is associed strains C. albicans, not having AIgsA and having AIgsA at level equal to or less than 0.3 mcg/ml.
