FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for detection of a target nucleic acid derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) H37Rv DNA sequence, selected from the group consisting of IS6110, IS1084, MPT 64, rrs, esat6 esat6-like, MDR, rpoB, katG, iniB and their fragments, from the subject. The method includes amplification of the nucleic acid sequence of the target nucleic acid by a pair of primers, where the target nucleic acid is produced from a cell-free blood sample fraction, pleural exudate and/or cerebrospinal liquids (CSL) of the subject.
EFFECT: method results in obtaining of a double-chain DNA, and detection of the double-chain DNA, where the presence of the double-chain DNA indicates the presence of the target nucleic acid in the subject.
