FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to simultaneous detection and identification tuberculosis mycobacterium and non-tuberculosis mycobacteria and determining tuberculosis mycobacterium resistance to rifampicin and isoniazid, as well as to a kit for simultaneous detection and identification of tuberculosis mycobacterium and non-tuberculosis mycobacteria and for determining tuberculosis mycobacterium resistance to rifampicin and isoniazid. Method involves extracting DNA from samples, amplifying DNA using PCR using primers with sequences given in SEQ ID NO: 1–12, and hybridization of PCR amplification products with discs conjugated with oligomer probes having the sequences specified in SEQ ID NOS: 13–68, and visualizing discs using QuantaMatrix software. Kit includes primers having sequences specified in SEQ ID NO: 1–12, and discs conjugated with oligomer probes having sequences given in SEQ ID NO: 13–68.
