SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a composition for the synthesis of nucleic acids containing (a) at least one DNA polymerase; (b) at least one salt; (c) at least one defoamer; (d) at least one dNTP selected from dATP, dCTP and dHTP; (e) at least one derivative of the specified dNTP; and (f) two or more PCR inhibitor blockers. The invention also concerns a method for performing a reaction of nucleic acid synthesis, including (a) bringing the composition according to any of preceding points into contact with a biological sample containing target polynucleotide with a target-specific primer to form a reaction mixture; and (b) performing the synthesis of nucleic acid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the synthesis, amplification, detection and/or quantification of nucleic acids in the sample of untreated extract or untreated lysate.
