SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, molecular genetic diagnostics, veterinary medicine, in particular to a set of oligodesoxyribonycleotides for amplification and detection of species-specific DNA Anaplasma marginale fragment by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time. Kit consists of two oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers: F: 5-CATGAGTCACGAAGTGGCT-3′, R: 5′-GGCACACTCACATCAATC-3′ and one fluorescent-marked DNA probe: 5′-Cy5-AAGGGGGAGTAATGGGAGGTAGCT-BHQ2.

EFFECT: higher reliability of detecting Anaplasma marginale, simplification of analysis and its shorter time, by up to 1½ hours (excluding sample preparation).
