FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: MSP4 gene fragment encoding anaplasmas DNA is identified, using 10 different pairs of forward and reverse oligonucleotide primers. Electrophoretic determination of the size of the nucleotide sequence amplified fragment is carried out. According to the presence of fragments of appropriate length on the electrophoregram, Anaplasma marginale and Anaplasma ovis are diagnosed in the animal blood.
EFFECT: effective method for Anaplasma marginale and Anaplasma ovis genomic fragments detection by PCR using specific oligonucleotide primers.
