SUBSTANCE: set of oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescently labelled DNA probe is proposed for identification of the DNA of the agent causing meat spoilage in vacuum packaging. The kit contains a pair of oligonucleotide primers with the activity of forward and reverse primers in the polymerase chain reaction, as well as a fluorescently labelled DNA probe.
EFFECT: enables detection of genetic material (DNA) of the agent causing meat spoilage in vacuum packaging - Clostridium estertheticum.
