Set contains two oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and fluorescent-labelled DNA-probe. Forward primer has a structure 5'-TGTTTGGAACCTAGGCTTATAG-3'; reverse primer has a structure 5'-CTTCTGCTGATCTTCCTGTCTC-3'; fluorescent-labelled DNA-probe has a structure 5'-VIC-CGCTGATTTGGGGCTGCCTGGCACT-BHQ2.

EFFECT: higher reliability of detecting Anaplasma marginale, simplification of analysis and shorter duration thereof.
