SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous and intraosseous administrations of liquid drugs placed in cartridges used for disposable injections, in particular for local anesthesia in dentistry. Disposable cartridge injector consists of a cylindrical body with a handle-stop for fingers, an opening at the end to move a stem-stop with a rod-shaped tip and an annular stop, cartridges with a drug, a protrusion-limiter of cartridge movement, detachable cylindrical bushing with a movement limiter and fixing a protective cap, a double-edged needle attachment point. Rod-stop is made with movable protrusions, the tip of the rod-stop is made with hooks with the possibility of removing the piston of the cartridge, wherein in the handle-stop there is a ledge for stopping the back stroke of the rod-stop, and on the opposite side of the cylindrical body, by means of a threaded connection, a detachable cylindrical bushing with an internal thread and an external, grooved conical surface with a slot and an annular groove limiting the movement of the protective cap, on the inner surface of which, on the side of the handle-stop, a protrusion and a ledge along a circle with a grooved conical surface are made. On the conical surfaces of the removable cylindrical bushing and protective cap, additional splines can be added. Rod-stop can additionally be equipped with an aspirating ram.

EFFECT: prevention of multiple use of the injector, increased utilization of the injector, increased safety of use for medical personnel and patients.
