FIELD: data processing; psychology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for prediction of effectiveness of discourse speech fragments effect at different languages. Collected parameters which can affect recipient; on one of analysed languages collected fragments of discourse containing selected parameters; extracted extra-linguistic factors (ELF) affecting effectiveness of speech effect (SEE) fragments in analysed languages and level of their effect in selected fragments by modification of these fragments for experiment, independent of extraneous factors; levels are fragment volumes, developed software and make online application, including modified fragments with selected parameters control added fragment; converted online application on investigated languages with preservation of potential speech action; online language carriers questionnaire survey is performed; correlation analysis on Pearson coefficient for each language separately to make regression equation; comparative analysis of SEE is carried out for fragments with different parameters on analysed languages; quantitative parameters contribution in value of SEE is determined and they are ranked.

EFFECT: prediction of SEE discourse fragments at different languages.
