FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated circuits, as well as to methods of controlling voltages in them. Device comprises support unit for receiving a reference voltage, first node to provide signal circuit containing second unit for receiving different voltages greater than reference voltage, and to cause switching signal in first node between first voltage is greater than reference voltage, and second voltage greater than reference voltage. Furthermore, circuit comprises transistor having gate connected to second unit. Circuit additionally comprises a first additional transistor, connected between gate of transistor and power supply unit, and second additional transistor connected between gate of transistor and power supply unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of control of voltage levels.
