FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition, particularly to signalling cartridges. Signal cartridge comprises case with propellant charge and destructed during firing grenade attached to it. Grenade includes housing consisting of bottom and head parts divided in preset point trajectory. Bottom part of housing accommodates pyrotechnical retarder and flammable and explosive charge, source of sound vibrations and sources of light signals pressed by head part of housing in direction to its bottom. Sources of light and sound signals are combined with each other and are formed by pyrotechnical horns, made in form of end burning pyrotechnic cartridges. Sticks are enclosed in fireproof housing. Pyrotechnic horns are installed with surfaces of burning ends to ignition-explosive charge with stop in perforated baffle separating them from flammable and explosive charge, ensuring formation during combustion of blocks of pyrotechnic whistle flame torch which projects from open end of body to outside.

EFFECT: simplified design of cartridge.
