FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method of determining presence of hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma, involving stage of measurement of concentration and/or amount of soluble LR11 in sample taken in individual, to obtain value of measurement of soluble LR11 in individual step using reference value of each of tumour, certain statistical processing of measurement values of soluble LR11 in group of healthy individuals, for implementation of comparison of reference value of each tumour with measurement of soluble LR11 in individual and step for comparing value of measurement of soluble LR11 in individual with reference value of each tumour. Group of inventions also concerns method of determining severity of hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma, method for assessing risk of recurrent hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of efficient methods of determining presence of hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma, determination of severity of hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma, estimating risk of recurrent hemopoietic tumour or carcinoma.
