SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and traumatology. Lumbar spine fixation device comprises u-shaped bracket from material with shape memory, having two fixing arms and support element in form of three loops of open rings of same diameter, located in different directions in plane located at angle of 45° to fixing arms. Length of fixing arm is equal to sum of vertebral body diameter and length of spinal arch root. Fixing arm supports are bent in relation to longitudinal axis of bracket by 60°, located in one plane, while their ends are directed to each other.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable stabilization of injured spinal motion segment.
