FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used during stabilising operations on lumbar spine, in which all support complexes - anterior, middle and posterior are destroyed as a result of trauma or tumour affection of vertebrae. Anterior access to affected vertebral-motor segment is performed. From the front, through bodies of vertebrae into arches of vertebrae adjacent to affected ones, introduced are four or more bone screws, whose length corresponds to diameter of vertebrae bodies with account of length of vertebra arch roots. After that, to screws vertically fixed are two plates, which have holes for screw introduction.
EFFECT: method ensures reliable stabilisation of vertebral-motor segment from one surgical access.
