SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data transmission in communication system with time division duplex (TDD) and is intended to increase efficiency of uplink resource. Disclosed is a method for transfer from an evolved Node B (eNB) of indicator subframe configuration uplink/downlink (UL-DL) transmission channel over levelling cell and planned cell in a wireless two-way TDD system. Embodiments include identification of subframe configuration type UL-DL over levelling cell and determination of subframe configuration UL-DL for use of UL resources for dedication planned cell. Other embodiments include identification of configuration of reference subframe UL-DL for use of UL resources for dedication planned cell.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of uplink resource.
