SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the selection of confirmation time characteristics in the wireless networks and discloses the method of transmission from the improved node B (eNB) of the subframe configuration indicator of the uplink/downlink (UL-DL) transmission channel for the scheduling cell and scheduled cell in wireless duplex system with time division duplex (TDD). The implementation options include identifying the configuration type of the UL-DL subframe of the scheduling cell and determining the configuration of the UL-DL subframe to use the allocation of UL resources of the scheduled cell. Other implementation options include identifying the configuration of the UL-DL reference subframe to use allocation of UL resources of the scheduled cell.
