FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration devices for creation of linear movements of slider. Ultrasonic motor comprises vibrator, slider, which comes in contact with vibrator by friction, spring to press vibrator to sliding element. Vibrator also has base, support element of vibrator, holding base and connector for connection of said vibrator with said support element of vibrator. Vibrator and sliding element respectively are moved by means of vibration. Connector includes roller that freely moves base to support element of vibrator in direction of pressing said pressing element and pressing element, which presses rolling element in direction perpendicular to pressing facility direction of pressing. Connection device includes elongated section extending from support element of vibrator in direction of pressing. At that, cylindrical roller is arranged between elongated portion and base.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of slider motion.
