FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-molecular-weight phosphorus-containing polyacrylic acids, aqueous solutions of acrylic acid polymers, synthesis method thereof and use thereof as dispersants. Aqueous solution of acrylic acid polymers with average molecular weight from more than 3,620 to 20,000 g/mol and with total content of organically and optionally inorganically bonded phosphorus is intended as a dispersant in aqueous dispersions of solid substance, wherein (a) a first part of phosphorus is in the form of phosphinate groups bonded in polymer chain, (b) a second part of phosphorus is in form of phosphinate groups and/or phosphonate groups bonded to end of polymer chain, (c) optionally a third part of phosphorous is in form of dissolved inorganic phosphorous salts, aqueous solution is characterised by that at least 76 % of total phosphorous content is in form of phosphinate groups bonded in polymer chain, wherein ratio of phosphorus bonded in polymer chains to phosphorus bonded to ends of polymer chains is at least 4:1.
EFFECT: technical result is obtained polymers provide excellent rheological properties in dispersions, obtained pulp is suitable for pumping with a pump, including after storage for several days.
