FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to working member of machine for punching electrolyte crust in the electrolytic cell for aluminium production. Working member comprises a crust punching crank mechanism with a punch, fixed on the boom, crankshaft and mechanism of punch deviation. Hydraulic motor is connected to the crankshaft console by means of coupling with elastic element. Punch is secured on the tip of the crust punching crank mechanism slider with the possibility of disconnection by means of bayonet pressing. Elastic elements are made in the form of tension springs, one end of which is secured in holes made on the opposite sides of the rotary head, and the other end is fixed on the boom bracket. Punch deviation mechanism is made in the form of a double-sided spring damper. Crankshaft is installed in rolling bearings. Lubricant feed assembly is installed on axis of the crankshaft drive.

EFFECT: providing soft suspension of the crust punching mechanism, reduced dynamic load transfer to the machine and reduced vibration.
