FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for technological maintenance of aluminum electrolytic cells in nonferrous metallurgy, in particular to a working body of a device for punching electrolyte crust in an electrolytic cell. The working body contains a crank mechanism with a lubrication system, consisting of a connecting rod with a punch and a crankshaft rotating on rolling bearings in the side covers of the body of the working body and on the consoles of which by means of end flanges equipped with a detachable connection, two pulleys are installed, connected by belt drives with a drive, the pulleys are mounted on rolling bearings mounted on the side covers of the working body, and are made with the possibility of transmitting torque from the pulleys to the crankshaft through intermediate face spline flanges mating with the driven pulleys of the belt transmission through split threaded connections with elastic elements fixed along the radius of the flange and pulley.
EFFECT: increased productivity when performing operations on punching electrolyte crust, increased reliability and increased service life of the working body.
