SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to ophthalmic systems and procedures. Inventions are based on determination of postoperative intraocular lens position in the eye of the patient after surgery on replacement of lens, which involves determining the position of disposal of crystalline lens in the preoperative patient's eye and use of this information and one numerical constant for the prediction of postoperative intraocular lens position. Invention also describes related methods and computer program for implementing the methods according to the invention.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher prediction accuracy position make more accurate calculation of the lens and, consequently, increases efficiency of treatment of diseases in the patients requiring such treatment.
