The results of calculating the optical power of the intraocular lens for patients after hypotensive operations are corrected, while the patient's intraocular pressure is measured and the expected calculation error is calculated using the following formula: Y = 0,134 * X - 2,47, where Y is the expected error in calculating the optical power of the intraocular lens, diopters, X is the intraocular pressure, mm Hg. After that, the calculation of the optical power of the intraocular lens is corrected taking into account the received expected error.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure an accurate hit in refraction when calculating the optical power of an intraocular lens for patients after hypotensive operations.
