OPHTHALMIC LENS AND SYSTEM FOR FLUORESCENCE ANALYSIS OF FLUID MEDIUM OF EYE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61F9/00

Abstract RU 2596723 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Ophthalmic lens has a rigid optical central part, surrounded by a soft skirt, and comprises: stabilising element and bearing insert arranged and sealed in central part of ophthalmic lens. Bearing insert comprises an optical zone and a substrate, surrounding optical zone, as well as: a front annular insert element and a rear annular insert element, wherein front annular insert element is tightly connected with rear annular insert element with formation of an annular bearing insert, containing inside a sealed cavity for a component; a power source inside sealed cavity for a component, fixed to substrate; first connection, partially placed inside sealed cavity for component and fixed to substrate; electronic circuit inside sealed cavity for component, fixed to substrate; element for fluorescence analysis, to determine presence of analyte using a probe for fluorescent analysis, located in eye tissue, wherein element for fluorescent analysis has a larger size, than probe for fluorescent analysis to guarantee overlapping, and a tab, protruding from anular insert element, wherein tab is configured to support element for fluorescence analysis, and electrical connection, connecting element for fluorescence analysis to an electronic circuit; wherein one stabilising element is configured to maintain overlapping between element for fluorescence analysis and probe for fluorescence analysis. System for fluorescence analysis of fluid medium of eye comprises an ophthalmic lens, a probe for fluorescent analysis and a processor.

EFFECT: using this group of inventions enables more effective determination of fluid composition of eye.
