FIELD: radar and radio navigation; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: equipment for reducing radar visibility of aircraft (V) can be arranged a hot portion (H) of aircraft, which is a portion which is detected by radar systems. Equipment comprises a device for dissipating incident radar waves, which can be removably applied on one hot portion (H) of aircraft without affecting aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft (V). Equipment comprises a grid (4), including an inner structure with openings (41), dimensions of which prevent formation of diffracted waves for low-frequency spectrum, support structure (42) for securing said grid (4) to aircraft (V). Inner surface of each opening (41) is coated with thin radar absorbing material providing radiation absorption of electromagnetic waves for high-frequency spectrum. Grid (4) is made to allow air flow to engine.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of maintenance time.
